I think these are cool ideas, Rachel. Western Retold Fairy Tales (minus the magic) is quite clever and unique.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Charity! There are a few others writing non-magical western retellings of fairy tales (I know Elisabeth Grace Foley has written two), but they're definitely not numerous, so I feel like it's a pretty non-crowded niche :-)
