Death Comes for the Archbishop!!! :D
ReplyDeleteJessica, YES! I am going to read it this spring. I AM.
DeleteYAY.
DeleteLove that you included your spring images of flowers. (I love flowers!!!! Wish I could grow them.)
ReplyDeleteDeath Comes for the Archbishop is a perfect spring read.
I think I have that Pioneer Woman's book...oh, no! It's Letters of a Woman Homesteader.
Ruth, since it's the first day of spring, I thought it was appropriate :-) I love flowers too! My African violets and my orchids are indoor plants that flower throughout the year, which I love. I think the real secret to growing flowers is to remember to water them ;-)
DeleteI LOVE Letters of a Woman Homesteader. SOOOOO good. I'm not expecting this to be as good, but you never know!
I'd never heard of A Hobbit, a Wardrobe, and a Great War, but I'm going to look it up now, since I'm currently in a Lewis and Tolkien class.

Emma, it looks so good, doesn't it? A lot of my friends have read and recommended it, so I'm eager to dive in once I finish my current Tolkien-related read.
DeleteThanks for the link! I'll check out your list.
It is a very good book. Another good one on Tolkien is "Tolkien and the Great War" by John Garth.
DeleteGeorge, I'll add that one to my to-read list! Thanks!
DeleteI've had the Hobbit, Wardrobe and Great War book on my Kindle for quite some time, so maybe this spring will also be the time for me to read it!
DeleteBirdie, yes! I've had it on my bookshelf since Christmas 2016. Scandalous.
DeleteEnjoy all the books on your TBR.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Reading Away the Days! I hope I shall :-)
DeleteGorgeous photos of the flowers! They make me excited for spring!! 💐😊 I’ve been meaning to read The Story Girl. I hope you enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Theresa! I am excited for spring... but also excited that we're supposed to get 3-7 inches of snow tonight and tomorrow! We haven't had a decent snowfall all winter, so I'm pretty giddy about that.
DeleteYou'll love Death Comes to the Archbishop!
ReplyDeleteI love your flowers, Hamlette! I really can't imagine how I would survive without flowers and the greens even for only several months during your winters! :)
Thanks, Fanda! I agree, flowers and other plants inside are a must for me too. We have 9 houseplants, and if I could figure out another place to put more, we'd have more :-)
DeleteA Hobbit, A Wardrobe, and A Great War has been on my TBR for a bit now. I hope you enjoy all your reads! And thanks for stopping by my blog earlier!
ReplyDeleteSam Frost, thanks! And you're welcome :-)
