Glad we both like the book -- and yes, it's a shame that some people don't like it. We shall pity them. :-P :)Oliviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03546655886492251059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5587150608901957801.post-10754077601465734292017-11-06T19:11:15.996-05:002017-11-06T19:11:15.996-05:00Hello, Olivia -- somehow, I never replied to this ...Hello, Olivia -- somehow, I never replied to this comment of yours! So here I am, like two years later, replying to it. Mostly to say that I'm glad you love the humor too :-) I know there are people out there who don't "get" it, and I'm sad for them. I'm glad you do get it :-)Hamlette (Rachel)https://www.blogger.com/profile/11961916847426233995noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5587150608901957801.post-57276722642396698072015-02-12T20:22:07.625-05:002015-02-12T20:22:07.625-05:00Oh, my goodness, yes, yes, YES! I'm so glad you liked this book; I'd seen some less-than-impressed thoughts with the book, and then I read it (just finished it tonight, actually!), and I'm still thinking: "Um. Guys. This is pure gold." I LOVE Goldman's humor. Like when Buttercup says "syllabub." Oh, I died. And I also died at this part: "How are you?" "I am in something very close to agony, but we can talk about that later."<br /><br />Hahaha, how you said, "If you've been living on an iceberg for the past 30 years or so and don't know the story…" :D Isn't it fun how there are those movies that practically EVERYBODY has seen, or at least knows about? It tickles me;)<br /><br />That line, "Love is many things, none of them logical," is probably the line that stuck out to me the most, too.Oliviahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03546655886492251059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5587150608901957801.post-58633763990746101352013-02-12T16:37:24.612-05:002013-02-12T16:37:24.612-05:00Yep, those are real. :-DYep, those are real. :-DDKorenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05819702518388146971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5587150608901957801.post-5208978809188214552013-02-12T07:17:03.619-05:002013-02-12T07:17:03.619-05:00Cool!
